Skinny Mama Shameless Indulgent Smoky Garlic Dip
1 cup Non-fat unsweetened plain yogurt
2 T. Saucy Mama Smoky Garlic Mustard
1/2 t. garlic powder
4 T. chopped scallions
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. smokey horseradish
1/8 t. pepper
1 T. Saucy Mama Dirty Martini Olive Juice
Finely chop scallions and set aside 1 T.
Mix together Yogurt, Saucy Mama Mustard, garlic powder, 3 T. chopped scallions, salt, horseradish, pepper and Saucy Mama Olive Juice.
Whisk until all ingredients are incorporated and top with the scallions you set aside.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.
Serve with fresh cut vegetables and enjoy.

This dish would work great with a low calorie diet and the South Beach Diet.
